Having a pedigree that dates back to 1938, Howard Bros Joinery is led by a team of directors, each specialising in their independent field. We have an experienced team of managers and supervisors who undertake the role of guiding and developing their respective teams. Each step of the way, a core workforce skilfully creates the finest bespoke joinery and associated products all with a goal of delivering an unparalleled experience for our clients with a view to “Building Better Lives”. We are focused on assisting our team to become the finest they can be, always looking to enhance individuals skillsets, aiming to encourage and assist in training and diversity, to ensure our workforce is multi skilled and avoid stagnation. We regularly employ new apprentices to train and over the years we have trained in excess of 100 apprentices, a significant number of which remain employed by us today. This training programme is the bedrock of our continued development as we nurture and grow the new future of our company.
